Refund policy

Pink Duchess is a limited edition product created in limited quantities.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the product:

  1. arrives damaged
  2. Contains a manufacturing defect
  3. Is significantly different from the product description

RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE:

  1. Unused
  2. In original packaging
  3. In resalable condition

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Frenchie Syrup does not accept returns for:

  1. Used Merchandise
  2. Products damaged by misuse
  3. Final sale items
  4. Limited -Edition collectibles that have been opened, altered, or worn

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your Pink Duchess Backpack arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Photos showing the damage

APPROVED CLAIMS MAY RECEIVE

  1. replacement product
  2. Store credit
  3. A refund to the original payment method

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after inspection and approval. Shipping fees are non refundable unless the error was caused by Frenchie Syrup.
